A rapidly expanding international financial technology organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack FinTech Engineer to design and develop enterprise-grade digital banking platforms serving millions of customers across the Gulf region and international markets.
This opportunity is ideal for a software engineer passionate about building secure, cloud-native financial applications using modern frontend and backend technologies while contributing to large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Working within an agile engineering environment, you will collaborate with solution architects, UX designers, DevSecOps engineers, AI specialists, and product managers to create intelligent financial products delivering world-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale fintech applications.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Develop scalable backend services with Java, .NET, Node.js, or Spring Boot.
- Design RESTful APIs and microservices supporting digital banking ecosystems.
- Integrate payment gateways, authentication systems, and financial APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate software deployment.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning.
- Write automated unit, integration, and performance tests.
- Mentor junior developers while promoting engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 6 years of Full Stack software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Java, .NET Core, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of secure coding principles and enterprise software architecture.
- Experience developing fintech or banking applications is highly desirable.
