Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Software Development
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade fintech applications.
- Build highly responsive web applications and customer-facing financial portals.
- Develop secure backend APIs supporting payment processing and digital banking services.
- Create reusable software components that improve engineering productivity.
- Deliver scalable microservices supporting high-volume financial transactions.
Frontend Engineering
- Develop modern user interfaces with outstanding usability and accessibility.
- Optimize application performance across desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain consistent design systems and frontend architecture.
Backend Engineering
- Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Build transaction processing services and financial workflow engines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.
- Integrate third-party financial APIs and enterprise payment gateways.
Engineering Excellence
- Participate in architecture reviews and technical planning.
- Conduct peer code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Implement automated testing and quality assurance processes.
- Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and cloud-native development initiatives.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional Full Stack development experience.
- Proven experience developing enterprise fintech, banking, SaaS, or payment applications.
