Core Responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable frontend systems for digital banking and fintech platforms
- Build real-time transaction dashboards and intelligent financial interaction interfaces
- Design responsive multi-device banking experiences across mobile and web ecosystems
- Optimize frontend performance for high-volume financial transaction environments
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs, payment systems, and real-time financial data services
- Develop reusable component libraries and enterprise-grade design systems
- Implement advanced state management and frontend architecture frameworks
- Improve accessibility, usability, and customer engagement across financial applications
- Strengthen frontend security practices protecting sensitive financial interactions
- Conduct frontend testing, debugging, and performance monitoring across production environments
- Evaluate emerging frontend technologies shaping future fintech ecosystems
- Mentor junior frontend developers and collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 5–10 years of experience in frontend development or enterprise web application engineering
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Deep understanding of frontend architecture and scalable UI engineering principles
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and real-time data systems
- Familiarity with cloud-native fintech infrastructure and CI/CD environments
