Design Digital Banking Experiences That Inspire Confidence
Every interaction within a financial platform influences trust, engagement, and customer loyalty. An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking an exceptional Senior FinTech Web Experience Designer to create elegant, intuitive, and highly accessible web experiences that redefine how customers interact with digital banking, online payments, wealth management, merchant services, and financial analytics platforms.
As part of an award-caliber digital experience team, you will collaborate with UX researchers, product strategists, software engineers, cybersecurity specialists, content designers, and branding experts to transform complex financial services into seamless, visually compelling customer journeys.
Your work will directly shape enterprise banking portals, payment gateways, financial dashboards, investment platforms, and customer onboarding experiences used by individuals and businesses across the Gulf region.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design responsive fintech websites and enterprise financial portals.
- Create intuitive user interfaces for digital banking and payment platforms.
- Develop interactive wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive design standards across digital products.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to improve customer journeys.
- Build scalable design systems and reusable UI component libraries.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, usability, and conversion.
- Conduct usability testing and integrate customer feedback into design improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital experiences.
- Stay informed on emerging fintech, design, and user experience trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Design, or a related discipline.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise web design projects.
- Expertise in responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Experience designing digital financial products or SaaS platforms.
- Excellent collaboration and creative problem-solving abilities.
