A fast-growing fintech organization is looking for an innovative Interactive Web Design Specialist to develop engaging web experiences that simplify financial services while enhancing customer confidence, accessibility, and digital engagement.
You will contribute to the design of customer-facing banking portals, payment applications, merchant dashboards, financial education platforms, and self-service ecosystems that combine elegant aesthetics with exceptional usability and business performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Design responsive interfaces for fintech websites and financial applications.
- Create interactive prototypes and user flows.
- Develop visually compelling landing pages and campaign microsites.
- Collaborate with developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Improve website performance through design optimization.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and usability standards.
- Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Maintain consistency with enterprise branding guidelines.
- Participate in usability research and customer feedback analysis.
- Document design specifications and UI standards for development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing websites or digital platforms within fintech, banking, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
