The successful candidate will manage multi-phase fintech programs involving engineering teams, product specialists, operations leaders, and compliance professionals.
Core Responsibilities
Program Leadership

Manage large-scale fintech transformation initiatives

Define program objectives, milestones, and timelines

Coordinate remote teams responsible for digital financial system development
Digital Financial Infrastructure Deployment

Oversee implementation of payment platforms and digital banking systems

Ensure systems are deployed according to technical and regulatory requirements

Monitor platform performance after deployment
Stakeholder Coordination

Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, and operational teams

Maintain communication with leadership stakeholders regarding program progress

Resolve issues affecting project delivery timelines
Risk & Compliance Oversight

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or Financial Technology

7+ years experience in fintech program management, digital banking transformation, or financial technology consulting
