Position Overview
An internationally expanding financial technology organization is seeking a visionary Senior Fintech Transformation Architect to redefine the future of digital financial ecosystems across the Gulf region. This strategic leadership position is responsible for designing enterprise-scale fintech solutions that integrate banking, payments, lending, identity verification, and intelligent automation into unified digital platforms.
You will work alongside executive leadership, technology innovators, regulatory specialists, and global financial partners to architect resilient financial infrastructures capable of supporting millions of secure digital transactions while accelerating financial inclusion and digital transformation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design enterprise fintech transformation roadmaps.
- Lead Open Banking and Banking-as-a-Service implementation.
- Develop scalable payment and digital wallet ecosystems.
- Establish API governance and fintech integration standards.
- Oversee modernization of financial infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native financial systems.
