Role Summary
This role is intended for a senior-level fintech engineer responsible for designing, building, and scaling core financial platforms. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement core fintech services including payments, account systems, and transaction processing

Build and maintain API-first architectures for internal and external consumption

Implement secure, auditable transaction workflows covering authorization, posting, settlement, and reconciliation

Ensure system reliability through observability, monitoring, and fault-tolerant design

Participate in architectural decisions regarding scalability, latency, and system integrity

Collaborate with product, data, and risk specialists to align technology with financial logic
Technical Requirements

Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures

Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of financial transaction lifecycles and ledger interactions

Experience with RESTful and event-driven API design

High standards for testing, documentation, and maintainability

7–12 years of experience in fintech or financial systems engineering
