Position Overview

An internationally growing fintech organisation is looking for a highly consultative Senior FinTech Solutions Consultant – Enterprise Sales to engage enterprise clients, understand complex business challenges, and deliver tailored financial technology solutions.

This position blends technical expertise with commercial excellence, requiring a professional capable of managing the full enterprise sales cycle while serving as a trusted advisor to financial institutions and large corporate organisations.


Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales

  • Identify and qualify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Deliver tailored fintech solution presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage end-to-end enterprise sales engagements.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.

Client Advisory

  • Analyse customer business requirements.
  • Recommend scalable fintech solutions.
  • Coordinate solution design with technical teams.
  • Support implementation planning and onboarding.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term executive client relationships.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at regional industry events.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, fintech consulting, SaaS, or banking technology.
  • Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to executive audiences.
