Position Overview
This role focuses on financial risk intelligence, advanced data modeling, and the design of algorithmic decision systems that underpin modern fintech platforms. The Senior Lead will operate as a risk architect, responsible for embedding quantitative intelligence into lending, payments, digital banking, and financial automation platforms.
The position is remote but strategically oriented toward Qatar-aligned financial ecosystems and broader GCC data governance expectations.
Key Functional Objectives

Design and maintain risk-scoring engines for digital financial products, including payments, credit assessment, and transaction monitoring.

Develop algorithmic frameworks that balance automation with explainability and governance.

Define data governance models for financial data pipelines, ensuring traceability, auditability, and regulatory alignment.
