About the Role
A globally distributed fintech initiative focused on digital financial infrastructure is seeking an experienced Senior Fintech Program Manager to lead large-scale fintech product programs and cross-functional financial technology initiatives.
The role involves overseeing complex fintech development programs involving digital payment platforms, financial APIs, financial data infrastructure, and global fintech product expansion. The successful candidate will coordinate between engineering teams, financial operations specialists, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of fintech solutions.
This position requires strong expertise in program management, financial technology operations, digital payments ecosystems, and international fintech project coordination.
Key Objectives of the Role

Lead complex fintech development programs from strategic planning through execution.

Stakeholder Coordination

Financial Technology Implementation

Candidate Profile
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Technology, Computer Science, or Project Management.
Professional Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project or program management within fintech, banking technology, or digital financial services.
