The role is designed for highly analytical fintech professionals capable of combining customer financial engagement strategy, investment platform scalability, operational finance modernization, and enterprise product transformation into adaptive next-generation WealthTech ecosystems.

Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Fintech Product Growth Strategist will supervise WealthTech modernization initiatives involving investment engagement ecosystems, customer analytics infrastructures, financial personalization systems, and enterprise digital growth frameworks.
This role combines fintech growth leadership, customer finance strategy, operational modernization governance, and intelligent investment ecosystem transformation.

- Build AI-powered investor analytics systems improving financial personalization and engagement retention
- Coordinate onboarding modernization and enterprise investment interaction optimization programs
- Improve digital advisory experiences and operational transaction visibility environments
- Collaborate with analytics, product, engineering, and operations teams
- Strengthen enterprise customer engagement ecosystems and financial interaction continuity systems
- Conduct market analysis identifying future investment modernization opportunities
- Support enterprise product innovation and customer financial engagement transformation initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future WealthTech ecosystems
- Supervise enterprise operational reporting and investor interaction optimization programs
- Mentor multidisciplinary growth strategy and financial engagement teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech product strategy, WealthTech ecosystems, customer financial engagement, or enterprise digital finance modernization
- Strong expertise in investment engagement ecosystems and customer lifecycle scalability
- Deep understanding of AI-powered financial personalization and predictive investor analytics systems
- Experience leading enterprise product transformation initiatives
