This organization is developing intelligent embedded finance ecosystems integrating merchant payment infrastructure, AI-powered customer transaction analytics, subscription billing systems, adaptive loyalty environments, cloud-native commerce-finance APIs, predictive merchant engagement systems, and real-time payment settlement platforms supporting enterprise retail and digital commerce operations.
The role is designed for highly commercial fintech professionals capable of combining merchant acquisition strategy, enterprise partnership development, operational finance modernization, and digital commerce scalability into adaptive next-generation financial ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise growth initiatives involving merchant ecosystems, fintech partnerships, digital payment expansion, and embedded finance commercialization programs.
Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Fintech Partnerships & Merchant Acquisition Manager will oversee commercial expansion initiatives involving merchant finance ecosystems, embedded commerce platforms, transaction engagement systems, and enterprise partnership modernization frameworks.
This role combines fintech business development leadership, merchant ecosystem strategy, digital commerce modernization, and enterprise operational transformation.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise merchant acquisition and embedded finance expansion initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with merchants, retailers, financial institutions, and digital commerce ecosystems
- Build scalable merchant engagement strategies supporting payment ecosystem growth
- Coordinate onboarding modernization across enterprise commerce-finance platforms
- Improve merchant transaction experiences and settlement optimization environments
- Collaborate with operations, analytics, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct commercial analysis identifying regional fintech expansion opportunities
- Strengthen merchant lifecycle engagement and transaction adoption frameworks
- Support enterprise revenue growth and strategic market penetration initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future embedded finance ecosystems
- Represent fintech capabilities at regional commerce and financial innovation forums
- Mentor partnership and merchant engagement teams across enterprise finance environments
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
- 6–14 years of experience in fintech partnerships, merchant acquisition, enterprise sales, or digital commerce ecosystems
- Strong expertise in embedded finance and payment modernization environments
- Deep understanding of merchant onboarding and transaction ecosystem scalability
- Experience leading enterprise partnership and market expansion initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native commerce-finance systems and digital payment infrastructure
- Exceptional commercial leadership and enterprise communication capabilities
- GCC digital commerce ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
