The Senior Fintech Innovation Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling next-generation fintech solutions that align with Qatar’s financial modernization agenda. Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development of digital finance platforms including mobile banking, digital wallets, and blockchain-based financial services.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities in Qatar’s fintech landscape.

Design end-to-end product strategies across payments, digital identity, and cross-border transaction systems.

Oversee regulatory alignment with Qatari financial authorities while ensuring adherence to global fintech compliance frameworks.

Collaborate with global development teams to integrate emerging technologies such as AI-driven risk scoring, fraud detection, and data analytics.

Drive innovation labs, proof-of-concept projects, and pilot programs to test cutting-edge digital financial models.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 10 years in fintech, financial services technology, or digital transformation.

Expertise in digital banking platforms, electronic payments, and financial API ecosystems.

Proven knowledge of GCC financial regulations and international fintech standards.

Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
