This fully remote position offers executive exposure across regional expansion, strategic alliances, and high-value financial ecosystem development.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships across payment providers, merchant networks, financial institutions, and embedded finance platforms.
- Build long-term commercial relationships that strengthen market positioning and customer acquisition.
- Support expansion into new regional and international fintech ecosystems.
2. Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Design and execute growth strategies across digital payments, merchant services, and platform partnerships.
- Improve financial product adoption, transaction volume, and customer retention.
- Identify new monetization opportunities across fintech services and strategic alliances.
3. Merchant Ecosystem Optimization
- Strengthen merchant onboarding strategies and operational collaboration across partner networks.
- Improve merchant retention and long-term financial engagement.
- Enhance service delivery across payment acceptance channels and transaction ecosystems.
4. Cross-Functional Commercial Leadership
- Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and executive leadership teams.
- Translate commercial strategy into scalable execution frameworks.
- Deliver executive reporting on partnership performance and strategic growth outcomes.
