Job Overview

A global fintech operation supporting digital financial services is seeking a Senior Fintech Financial Operations Analyst to strengthen operational analytics and financial performance monitoring.

The role focuses on analyzing financial transactions, monitoring fintech operational performance, and producing analytical insights that support strategic financial decision-making.

The successful candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency across fintech systems while ensuring financial data accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Analysis

• Analyze financial transaction data generated by digital payment systems.

• Monitor operational performance metrics across fintech platforms.

• Identify trends affecting financial service efficiency and reliability.

Data Reporting & Insights

• Develop analytical reports summarizing financial transaction activity.

• Produce dashboards that visualize operational financial metrics.

• Provide insights supporting operational improvements and financial planning.

Transaction Monitoring

• Review financial transactions for anomalies or irregular activity patterns.

• Collaborate with operational teams to resolve transaction processing issues.

• Support financial risk evaluation processes.

Process Optimization

• Recommend improvements to financial operations workflows.

• Support the implementation of new financial analytics tools.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to enhance financial data reporting systems.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Financial Technology, or Business Analytics.

Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial operations analysis, fintech analytics, or banking operations.

Technical Skills

• Financial data analysis

• SQL or financial data querying tools

• Business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI

• Financial reporting and operational analytics
