Strategic Mission

• Support executive-level decision-making through financial insights.

• Analyze customer acquisition and retention economics.

• Assess operational cost structures and optimization opportunities.

• Prepare board-level financial reports and presentations.

• Evaluate market expansion opportunities and growth scenarios.

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and financial analysis.

• Support fintech investment evaluations and capital allocation decisions.

• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams.

• Develop predictive financial performance models.

• Identify emerging revenue streams and commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

• Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience within fintech, banking, financial services, payments, or technology sectors.

• Advanced financial modeling expertise.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and financial analytics platforms.
