This role is designed for a fintech ecosystem architect capable of engineering the technological foundation powering next-generation digital banking transformation.
Mission Objective
To architect scalable fintech ecosystems supporting:
- Intelligent digital banking infrastructures
- Cloud-native financial platforms
- Real-time transaction ecosystems
- Embedded finance operations
- AI-enhanced financial service environments
Primary Responsibilities
1. Financial Infrastructure Architecture
- Design enterprise-scale fintech infrastructures optimized for operational scalability and resilience
- Build cloud-native environments supporting digital banking, transaction processing, and financial service delivery
- Develop distributed operational frameworks enabling seamless fintech ecosystem integration
2. Digital Banking Modernization
- Lead modernization initiatives surrounding legacy financial systems and operational finance infrastructures
- Collaborate with engineering teams on intelligent financial platform transformation strategies
- Improve system interoperability across banking, payment, and customer engagement environments
3. Embedded Finance & API Ecosystems
- Architect secure API ecosystems supporting embedded financial services and digital payment integration
- Build operational frameworks enabling seamless interaction between fintech products and financial infrastructures
- Support development of scalable transaction orchestration environments
4. Operational Intelligence & Infrastructure Optimization
- Implement monitoring and observability systems improving operational visibility across fintech ecosystems
- Analyze infrastructure performance metrics and scalability indicators
- Optimize fintech environments for reliability, security, and operational continuity
5. Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product leaders, fintech strategists, engineers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders
- Contribute to enterprise governance and infrastructure modernization initiatives
- Mentor technical teams on scalable financial architecture and fintech innovation best practices
Technical Requirements
- 8–15 years in fintech infrastructure, banking technology, enterprise architecture, or financial systems engineering
- Strong expertise in:
- Cloud-native infrastructure
- Kubernetes & distributed systems
- API architecture and integration
- Financial transaction systems
- Enterprise observability platforms
- Scalable fintech ecosystems
- Experience working with:
- Banking modernization initiatives
- Payment infrastructures
- Embedded finance ecosystems
- Enterprise financial platforms
Preferred Expertise
- Familiarity with AI-powered financial operations
- Experience in multi-region fintech infrastructure design
- Knowledge of enterprise financial governance frameworks
- Understanding of large-scale operational finance resilience engineering
