Position Overview
An international financial technology organization specializing in digital payment solutions and modern financial infrastructure is seeking a Senior Fintech Digital Payments & Financial Systems Analyst to support the development and monitoring of advanced fintech systems.
This role will focus on analyzing digital financial transactions, improving payment system efficiency, and supporting operational decisions through financial data insights. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, compliance specialists, financial analysts, and product managers to ensure digital financial platforms operate securely, efficiently, and reliably.
The role requires strong analytical abilities, deep understanding of fintech ecosystems, and the capacity to translate financial data into actionable recommendations that improve transaction performance and system stability.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Payment System Analysis

Monitor performance of digital payment systems including card networks, online banking services, and mobile payment platforms

Analyze transaction success rates and identify technical or operational issues affecting financial transactions

Support development of performance monitoring frameworks for digital financial infrastructure
Financial Data Analytics

Analyze transaction datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators

Create dashboards and reports that provide insight into fintech system performance

Support predictive modeling to forecast transaction volumes and financial system demand
System Performance Optimization

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve fintech platform performance

Identify inefficiencies in transaction processing workflows

Recommend solutions that improve payment speed, reliability, and scalability
Regulatory & Compliance Support

Assist compliance teams with transaction monitoring and reporting requirements

Maintain documentation supporting regulatory oversight of financial platforms
-
Ensure adherence to financial security standards and data protection policies
Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with product teams during development of new digital financial services

Support operations teams in troubleshooting payment issues

Provide data-driven insights that inform fintech product improvements
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Financial Technology, or Information Systems

5+ years experience in fintech, digital payments, financial analytics, or banking technology
-
Experience analyzing financial transaction data or payment system performance
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of digital payment networks and financial APIs

Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems

Experience working with international fintech platforms
Technical Skills

SQL or financial database management

Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
