A globally recognized financial technology innovator is expanding its engineering organization and is seeking an accomplished Senior Fintech Core Banking Developer to architect the next generation of cloud-native banking solutions that empower financial institutions across the GCC and international markets.
This role offers the opportunity to develop enterprise-scale banking platforms supporting account management, payment processing, lending, treasury operations, customer onboarding, and real-time financial services. You’ll collaborate with elite software engineers, enterprise architects, cybersecurity professionals, and cloud specialists to deliver mission-critical solutions with exceptional scalability, resilience, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect modern core banking platforms using microservices.
- Develop secure banking transaction engines and financial workflows.
- Design RESTful APIs for banking integrations and payment ecosystems.
- Build high-performance account management and ledger services.
- Implement event-driven architectures supporting real-time financial processing.
- Optimize application performance and database efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud-native deployments.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise software quality and security standards.
- Lead code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Contribute to long-term technical strategy and architecture governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 6 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot or ASP.NET Core.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience building mission-critical financial applications.
