Role Overview
Fintech is increasingly intersecting with sustainability, enabling climate finance solutions and green digital assets. This role is for a product manager who can design financial products that support environmental impact initiatives, while maintaining strong commercial viability.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage green fintech products, including carbon credit platforms and sustainable investment tools
- Design frameworks for tokenized environmental assets and digital sustainability instruments
- Integrate data sources for impact measurement and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align products with global sustainability standards
- Optimize product performance through metrics such as user adoption, environmental impact, and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with sustainable finance regulations and reporting frameworks
- Drive innovation in climate-focused financial solutions
Technical Stack
- Data: Environmental and financial datasets
- Platforms: Digital asset infrastructure

Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Environmental Economics
- 9+ years in fintech, product management, or sustainable finance
- Strong understanding of financial products and sustainability frameworks
- Experience with digital platforms and data-driven products
- Ability to balance impact goals with commercial performance
Preferred Skills
- Experience with carbon markets or ESG investing
- Knowledge of tokenization and blockchain platforms
- Familiarity with impact measurement methodologies
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
