Primary Responsibilities
1. AI-Powered Financial Operations Management
- Oversee intelligent automation initiatives across digital banking and payment infrastructures
- Build scalable AI-driven operational workflows improving financial ecosystem efficiency and resilience
- Support deployment of predictive operational finance systems and intelligent transaction monitoring environments
2. Predictive Analytics & Operational Intelligence
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams on predictive analytics frameworks supporting financial decision-making
- Analyze operational finance data to identify optimization opportunities and transaction ecosystem performance improvements
- Build intelligence dashboards supporting real-time operational visibility across fintech environments
3. Intelligent Customer Engagement Systems
- Support implementation of AI-powered customer support and engagement infrastructures
- Improve customer financial interaction workflows using predictive automation technologies
- Collaborate with UX and product teams on intelligent financial personalization initiatives
4. Infrastructure Modernization & Automation Governance
- Coordinate enterprise modernization programs surrounding AI-integrated financial ecosystems

5. Cross-Functional Strategic Collaboration

Technical Requirements
- 7–14 years in fintech operations, AI-driven financial systems, intelligent automation, or enterprise banking modernization
- Strong expertise in:

- Real-time transaction intelligence
- Operational monitoring infrastructures
