A sophisticated Gulf-region fintech infrastructure ecosystem is actively recruiting a Senior Executive Director – Institutional Payments Intelligence, Treasury Transformation & Global Liquidity Infrastructure to oversee enterprise modernization across institutional transaction ecosystems, digital treasury architecture, liquidity intelligence systems, and multinational settlement operations.
The organization seeks a commercially sophisticated fintech strategist capable of transforming enterprise financial operations into highly intelligent, globally connected ecosystems optimized for institutional settlements, treasury forecasting, liquidity resilience, operational automation, and enterprise-scale transaction processing.
The selected executive will lead critical modernization initiatives involving payment orchestration infrastructure, cloud-native treasury environments, predictive liquidity analytics, automated reconciliation technologies, and enterprise operational intelligence systems serving multinational financial markets.
Strategic Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise payment modernization initiatives involving real-time transaction ecosystems, cross-border settlement infrastructure, and intelligent treasury operations.
- Design scalable liquidity intelligence systems capable of optimizing treasury forecasting, automated reconciliation, operational analytics, and transaction visibility.
- Oversee deployment of enterprise payment gateways, financial APIs, treasury automation technologies, and cloud-native financial infrastructure environments.
- Coordinate strategic modernization programs involving cybersecurity governance, infrastructure scalability, transaction resilience, and enterprise financial optimization.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting financial transparency, operational continuity, transaction security, and international regulatory compliance.
- Build executive reporting ecosystems measuring payment efficiency, treasury performance, liquidity intelligence, operational scalability, and enterprise infrastructure resilience.
- Develop strategic partnerships involving institutional banking infrastructure providers, global payment processors, treasury technology ecosystems, and enterprise fintech vendors.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and identify commercially scalable opportunities for institutional financial modernization and multinational transaction expansion.
- Support executive leadership in expanding enterprise financial connectivity and large-scale treasury transformation initiatives.
- Represent the organization at global treasury innovation forums, institutional finance summits, and international banking infrastructure conferences.
Required Executive Expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Technology, Economics, Banking Infrastructure, or Information Systems.
- 12–18 years of experience within treasury operations, institutional payments, financial infrastructure modernization, or multinational fintech transformation.
- Deep expertise in treasury ecosystems, liquidity management frameworks, payment orchestration technologies, and institutional transaction architecture.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, enterprise operational resilience, and international financial compliance frameworks.
- Proven leadership experience managing enterprise-scale multinational modernization initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercially driven mindset with advanced understanding of global transaction ecosystems and emerging financial technologies.
