Strategic Role Summary
The Senior Executive Director – Fintech Smart Payroll Platforms & Workforce Financial Inclusion Systems will supervise enterprise modernization involving workforce finance ecosystems, embedded payroll infrastructures, operational analytics systems, and enterprise transaction scalability frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, employee finance strategy, operational modernization governance, and intelligent payroll transformation.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech ecosystems, payroll modernization, workforce finance infrastructures, or enterprise financial transformation operations
- Strong expertise in payroll optimization systems and employee financial engagement ecosystems
- Deep understanding of AI-powered workforce analytics and operational finance visibility frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise operational modernization initiatives
