Position Overview
The Senior Director – RegTech & Digital Compliance will architect AI-driven regulatory technology platforms across the UAE’s fintech ecosystem. This role integrates machine learning, blockchain auditing, and automated compliance systems to enhance governance, regulatory intelligence, and operational transparency.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI/ML-based systems for AML, KYC, and risk monitoring.

Develop blockchain-enabled audit trails and secure data governance frameworks.

Oversee cloud-based compliance dashboards for predictive regulatory reporting.

Collaborate with regulators on digital supervision, cross-border standards, and governance innovation.

Lead initiatives in digital risk intelligence, data ethics, and compliance automation.
Qualifications & Experience

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Finance, or Regulatory Technology.

10+ years of leadership in RegTech, compliance automation, or financial risk analytics.

Expertise in AI, big data, and blockchain applied to regulatory technology.

Deep understanding of GCC and international regulatory environments.
