• Algorithmic Wealth Solutions: Architect high-accuracy robo-advisory systems leveraging reinforcement learning, hybrid modeling, risk-aware allocation engines, and sentiment-aligned optimization.

• Investment Intelligence Infrastructure: Build predictive macro-simulation layers capable of modeling geopolitical shocks, capital-flow transitions, market inflection patterns, and liquidity-driven asset behaviors.

• Client-Centric Digital Advisory: Design advanced investor-experience engines enabling contextual recommendations, micro-segmented risk profiling, dynamic goal-planning ecosystems, and embedded financial coaching.

• Data Trust & Analytics Governance: Implement secure multi-policy data lakes, compliance-oriented processing frameworks, machine-secured access controls, and analytical auditability grids.

• Strategic Market Positioning: Ensure all platforms accelerate Oman’s evolution into a globally compatible WealthTech hub with investor-responsive products and internationally aligned financial intelligence structures.

Required Expertise

• 10–15 years in quantitative finance, WealthTech systems, or digital investment analytics.

• Deep command of econometric modeling, AI-driven advisory design, cloud-native analytic pipelines, and multi-asset risk engineering.

• Strong familiarity with GCC capital-market dynamics, regulatory transformations, and investor-behavior frameworks.
