Role Summary

This senior mandate shapes Saudi Arabia’s institutional digital-asset ecosystem by defining the architecture, governance, and operational frameworks for tokenized markets, custody platforms, programmable assets, and hybrid on-chain/off-chain financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset & Tokenization Architecture

• Design enterprise blockchain frameworks supporting tokenized deposits, asset-backed tokens, institutional wallets, and secure custody operations.

• Develop smart-contract governance models grounded in auditability, deterministic execution, and institutional risk controls.

• Engineer multi-layer settlement flows enabling rapid clearing, collateral movements, and asset transfer reliability.

Market Infrastructure & Data Intelligence

• Create market-integrity engines leveraging on-chain telemetry, liquidity analytics, and risk-exposure modeling.

• Develop cross-asset orchestration frameworks that integrate digital assets, traditional instruments, structured products, and institutional portfolios.

Regulatory & Operational Excellence

• Align digital-asset infrastructures with Saudi compliance requirements and international digital-market standards.

• Implement secure key-management systems, digital custody protocols, and operational resilience frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

• 10–15 years in institutional digital-asset architecture, blockchain markets, or next-generation financial infrastructure.

• Expertise in tokenization, DLT governance, cryptographic security, and institutional custodial models.

• Proven capability delivering regulated, enterprise-grade digital-asset systems.
