The Senior Director of Digital Wealth Platforms & Financial Intelligence will lead the strategic development of Kuwait’s emerging WealthTech infrastructure, building intelligent digital investment ecosystems that merge advanced analytics, automation, and behavioral finance. This high-impact leadership role demands vision, technical depth, and a refined understanding of digital asset management, enabling inclusive, algorithm-driven financial empowerment across diverse market segments.
Key Responsibilities

Architect a fully digital, AI-augmented wealth management platform integrating multi-asset investment, risk profiling, and automated portfolio rebalancing.

Define governance frameworks for robo-advisory compliance, algorithmic transparency, and digital fiduciary ethics.

Spearhead data intelligence strategies enabling predictive investment modeling and personalized client advisory at scale.

Integrate ESG data analytics, digital risk metrics, and sustainable investing insights into product development.

Oversee partnerships with financial authorities, wealth managers, and digital infrastructure providers to establish institutional-grade digital wealth frameworks.
Candidate Profile

10+ years in digital wealth management, fintech strategy, or AI-based financial analytics.

Proven leadership in building or scaling robo-advisory or digital investment platforms.

Strong understanding of GCC wealth management dynamics and international regulatory requirements.

Analytical sophistication, strategic foresight, and exceptional stakeholder communication skills.
