Role Overview

The United Arab Emirates is establishing one of the world’s most sophisticated financial-platform ecosystems, merging embedded finance, user-centric digital experiences, AI-powered intelligence, and cloud-native financial infrastructure. This position is designed for a strategist who can bring deep analytical precision to large-scale platform engineering while operating remotely.

As the Senior Director of Digital Finance Platforms & Advanced Market Intelligence, you will lead the creation of multi-layer platform frameworks capable of supporting high-growth fintech channels, smart onboarding funnels, embedded credit engines, and advanced customer intelligence architectures.

Core Responsibilities

1. Platform Infrastructure Architecture

• Define modular platform layers enabling seamless API bundling, partner integrations, and high-volume financial interactions.

• Build intelligent onboarding systems integrating digital identity, risk modeling, mobile-first UX flows, and compliance automation.

2. Embedded Finance Strategy

• Create embedded-finance product schemas enabling financial services to be deployed within e-commerce, transport, logistics, and enterprise verticals.

• Engineer scalable merchant-financing, micro-credit, BNPL, and embedded-payment engines aligned with UAE digital-market expectations.

3. Market Intelligence & Behavioral Analytics

• Construct machine-learning systems capturing real-time user patterns, spending segmentation, and predictive churn indicators.

• Deploy financial-insight dashboards for leadership teams to model market expansion, new-product viability, and adoption vectors.

4. Technical Governance & Cross-Border Coordination

• Oversee platform compliance patterns embedded across onboarding, payments, risk, credit scoring, and recurring transaction orchestration.

• Lead cross-regional remote engineering, UX, and product-science teams.

Ideal Candidate

• 10–16 years in platform fintech, product systems engineering, embedded finance, or intelligence-driven digital product strategy.

• Strong expertise in consumer-finance architectures, partner APIs, real-time analytics, and high-scale digital ecosystems.

• Skilled in global remote collaboration and enterprise-level strategy.
