Core Responsibilities
FinTech Architecture & Innovation
- Design enterprise-grade financial platforms supporting high-volume digital transactions, intelligent automation, and seamless user experiences.
- Develop secure API ecosystems enabling integration between financial institutions, technology providers, and emerging digital service platforms.
- Lead the implementation of blockchain-based infrastructure for enhanced transparency, security, and operational efficiency.
Cybersecurity & Financial Protection
- Establish advanced cybersecurity strategies protecting digital assets, customer information, transaction networks, and critical financial infrastructure.
- Implement zero-trust security models, real-time threat monitoring, encryption technologies, and advanced risk mitigation strategies.
Strategic Technology Leadership
- Manage multidisciplinary teams consisting of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity specialists, financial analysts, and product innovation experts.
- Evaluate emerging global fintech trends and identify technological opportunities capable of creating competitive advantages.
Professional Requirements
- Advanced degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 12–18 years of senior experience within fintech, digital payments, financial software development, or technology-driven financial institutions.
- Deep expertise in blockchain networks, cloud architecture, DevOps environments, API management, data security, and enterprise software systems.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing complex international technology projects.
