Role Overview

The Senior Director of Algorithmic Wealth Intelligence & Portfolio Systems will architect Bahrain’s next-generation intelligent investment infrastructure, driving the evolution of digital wealth platforms into highly adaptive, data-rich, predictive investment environments.

This executive remote role governs the design and optimization of AI-powered advisory engines, multi-asset digital portfolio architectures, tokenized wealth instruments, and institutional-grade quant analytics frameworks, enabling Bahrain to establish an international benchmark for modern digital wealth management.

You will lead the engineering of deeply sophisticated systems that unify algorithmic intelligence, behavioral data modeling, regulatory automation, and multi-scenario simulation engines—supporting investors from retail to institutional tiers.

Core Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Advisory Infrastructure:
  
  Build reinforced machine-learning models for risk-adjusted recommendations, sentiment-driven forecasting, and dynamic investment profiling.

• Advanced Portfolio Engineering:
  
  Design multi-asset digital portfolio frameworks leveraging real-time rebalancing engines, liquidity-driven optimization, and stress-resilient allocation algorithms.

• Digital Wealth Instruments:
  
  Oversee tokenized asset enablement, programmable yield mechanisms, fractional investment structures, and hyper-secure custody architectures.

• Enterprise-Grade Risk Analytics:
  
  Implement quant-based risk classification engines, scenario-stress simulators, and behavior-responsive recalibration pipelines.

• Intelligent Client Experience Systems:
  
  Deliver personalized investment dashboards utilizing context-aware insights, adaptive disclosure frameworks, and interactive advisory components.

• Regulatory Data Intelligence:
  
  Innovate automated suitability mapping, investment-grade compliance processors, and rule-alignment modeling integrated directly with Bahrain’s regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in WealthTech, digital investment platform engineering, or quantitative systems architecture.

• Expert-level understanding of machine learning investment analytics, portfolio engineering, and enterprise-grade financial modeling.

• Knowledge of GCC wealth ecosystems and global financial innovation structures.
