This position combines commercial strategy, product innovation, customer experience leadership, analytics, and digital transformation into a single high-impact leadership role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer experiences capable of driving engagement, increasing product adoption, strengthening retention, and accelerating revenue growth.
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Define digital product vision and growth strategies.
- Lead product lifecycle management.
- Develop customer-centric innovation roadmaps.
- Identify market expansion opportunities.
- Improve product profitability and performance.
Customer Experience Excellence
- Enhance customer journey design.
- Improve onboarding and engagement experiences.
- Drive customer retention initiatives.

Commercial Growth

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of fintech, banking, product management, or customer experience leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of digital financial services.
- Exceptional commercial and analytical capabilities.
- Proven leadership experience.
