As part of this ambitious journey, an experienced Senior Director of Digital Banking Transformation & Embedded Finance is sought to lead strategic initiatives that bridge traditional financial services with next-generation digital ecosystems.
This position offers a rare opportunity to shape the future of embedded finance, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), digital lending, payment innovations, and API-driven financial ecosystems. The successful professional will influence executive-level decision-making while overseeing large multidisciplinary teams responsible for innovation, product development, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and technology modernization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide digital banking transformation strategies.
- Lead the expansion of Banking-as-a-Service and Embedded Finance offerings.
- Design scalable financial infrastructure supporting fintech partnerships.
- Oversee the creation of digital onboarding journeys and customer acquisition channels.
- Drive modernization of legacy banking platforms into cloud-native architectures.
- Build strategic alliances with payment providers, technology vendors, and fintech partners.
- Collaborate with regulators to ensure compliance with evolving financial frameworks.
- Define customer-centric innovation roadmaps.
- Identify emerging fintech trends and evaluate market opportunities.
- Lead executive steering committees overseeing transformation programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Technology Management, Fintech, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in banking, fintech, digital transformation, or financial technology leadership.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digital banking initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Open Banking, APIs, cloud technologies, and embedded financial services.
- Strong commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
