Role Overview

Qatar is advancing toward smart, AI-powered financial ecosystems, combining embedded finance, intelligent payments, and regulatory-aligned AI risk engines. The Senior Director will lead strategic design, technical architecture, and enterprise implementation of AI-driven payment networks and embedded finance modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee AI-driven payment orchestration frameworks integrating multi-rail systems.

• Lead embedded finance architecture for digital wallets, payment initiation, and automated reconciliation.

• Implement predictive fraud detection, anomaly detection, and real-time risk analytics.

• Ensure enterprise-level compliance, data governance, and audit readiness across payment networks.

• Guide integration with regional and international financial institutions, marketplaces, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payments architecture, AI financial systems, or embedded finance infrastructure.

• Expertise in API ecosystems, transaction intelligence, and financial workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of GCC payment modernization frameworks and cross-border settlement.

• Proven leadership in end-to-end fintech system deployment and governance.
