Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience within payments, fintech, banking technology, or digital financial services.
• Strong understanding of card schemes, payment gateways, acquiring systems, and digital wallets.
• Experience managing large-scale payment transformation programs.
• Knowledge of API-based payment ecosystems.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention technologies.
• Advanced stakeholder management capabilities.
