Role Overview

As the Senior Digital Payments & Financial Infrastructure Strategist, you will operate at the intersection of product strategy, payment modernization, customer experience, regulatory alignment, and emerging financial technologies.
This is not an execution-only role. You will help shape how institutions think about money movement, merchant ecosystems, digital wallets, embedded finance, and scalable payment architecture.
Core Responsibilities
- Design long-term digital payment transformation strategies.
- Evaluate opportunities in instant payments and cross-border settlement.
- Develop frameworks for payment optimization and customer adoption.
- Work with banking, fintech, and infrastructure stakeholders.
- Translate market trends into actionable growth initiatives.
- Support implementation of secure payment ecosystems.
- Build financial models around transaction economics.
- Lead initiatives involving API-driven financial connectivity.
- Monitor emerging fintech developments and competitive shifts.
Required Experience
- 7+ years in payments, fintech, banking, or digital finance.
- Experience with payment systems and transaction workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital wallets and merchant ecosystems.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and operational controls.
- Familiarity with API-based financial services.
