As part of this transformation, the organization is seeking a Senior Digital Finance Transformation Manager to lead large-scale initiatives across digital banking modernization, payment ecosystem evolution, and financial product innovation.
This role requires a rare combination of strategic thinking, operational execution, and deep fintech domain knowledge. The successful candidate will operate at the convergence of business strategy, financial systems, and emerging technologies—guiding the transition from legacy financial models to agile, data-driven, and customer-centric digital ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Leadership
- Lead end-to-end fintech transformation programs across digital banking and financial services.

- Drive adoption of digital-first banking models across multiple customer segments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, technology, and operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and service innovation.
Financial Product & Platform Strategy
- Design scalable fintech product strategies aligned with market demand.
- Support development of digital wallets, payment systems, and lending platforms.
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance product engagement and retention.
- Evaluate emerging technologies for integration into financial services.
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities and business objectives.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Establish frameworks for efficient program execution and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs related to digital adoption, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations.
- Manage risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships within fintech ecosystems.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Conduct research on fintech trends across GCC and global markets.
- Identify new business models and revenue opportunities.
- Support innovation initiatives and pilot programs.
- Provide insights to executive leadership for strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology-related field.
- 7+ years of experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial products and digital transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale projects or programs.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
