An innovative fintech banking institution is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to transform how enterprise payment applications are built, tested, secured, and deployed.
In this role, you will become the driving force behind highly automated software delivery pipelines that enable engineering teams to release secure, reliable, and high-performing payment solutions at exceptional speed without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.
Working alongside Software Developers, QA Engineers, Security Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud Specialists, Site Reliability Engineers, Data Engineers, and Executive Technology Leaders, you will establish engineering practices that support continuous innovation across mission-critical banking services.
Core Responsibilities
- Design enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines for financial applications.
- Automate application testing, deployment, and release management.
- Integrate security controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Manage containerized application deployments using Kubernetes.
- Optimize development environments for productivity and scalability.
- Build deployment automation supporting multiple cloud environments.
- Improve release reliability and minimize deployment risks.
- Support engineering teams during production releases and incident response.
- Develop operational documentation and deployment standards.
- Collaborate with architecture teams on modernization initiatives.
- Implement performance optimization strategies across enterprise platforms.
- Promote DevOps culture and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6–9 years of DevOps or software infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise software delivery within regulated environments is highly desirable.
