About the Position

A leading fintech banking organization is seeking a visionary Senior Blockchain Solutions Architect – Digital Payments & Financial Innovation to design enterprise blockchain ecosystems that enable secure digital payments, programmable banking services, cross-border financial infrastructure, tokenized asset platforms, and intelligent financial automation.

This strategic architecture role combines enterprise solution design, distributed ledger engineering, cloud-native technologies, application integration, cybersecurity principles, and digital financial innovation. The successful candidate will shape the organization’s blockchain roadmap while collaborating with technology leaders to deliver scalable platforms supporting future financial ecosystems.

Working closely with Enterprise Architects, Product Managers, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Digital Payment Specialists, Cybersecurity teams, Artificial Intelligence Engineers, Data Architects, Compliance professionals, and Executive Leadership, you will influence enterprise technology strategy across one of the region’s fastest-growing fintech banking environments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design enterprise blockchain architectures supporting financial technology platforms.
• Lead technical solution design for distributed payment infrastructures.
• Develop blockchain integration strategies connecting enterprise banking applications.
• Build secure smart contract frameworks supporting financial workflows.
• Define blockchain governance, scalability, interoperability, and resilience standards.
• Conduct technology evaluations and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to optimize infrastructure performance.
• Develop API frameworks enabling secure blockchain integrations.
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives involving blockchain-enabled banking services.
• Produce architecture documentation, standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architectural best practices.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging blockchain technologies and enterprise use cases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise software architecture with extensive blockchain engineering expertise.
• Strong understanding of digital payment systems, cloud computing, and distributed ledger technologies.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
