The Role
An innovative fintech organization is expanding its blockchain engineering capability and is seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Infrastructure Architect to design highly secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade distributed ledger platforms supporting modern financial services.
The role combines strategic architecture, engineering leadership, cybersecurity governance, infrastructure optimization, and platform innovation across enterprise financial ecosystems.
Primary Responsibilities
Architecture
- Design enterprise blockchain ecosystems.
- Define distributed infrastructure standards.
- Develop scalable smart contract frameworks.
- Build resilient digital asset platforms.
- Establish blockchain governance models.
Engineering
- Lead backend blockchain development.
- Optimize blockchain performance.
- Develop secure API integrations.
- Manage cloud-native deployments.
- Improve network scalability.
Security
- Implement cryptographic security controls.
- Conduct infrastructure vulnerability assessments.
- Oversee blockchain penetration testing.
- Ensure secure key management.
- Maintain enterprise security compliance.
Innovation
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies.
- Research distributed finance infrastructure.
- Prototype innovative fintech solutions.
- Improve interoperability across financial systems.
- Support strategic technology transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years designing blockchain platforms.
- Strong experience with enterprise cloud architecture.
- Expertise in distributed systems.
- Experience with smart contracts and secure API development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
