Position Summary
An internationally focused fintech ecosystem is seeking a highly accomplished Principal Blockchain Infrastructure Architect to engineer next-generation distributed financial systems supporting institutional-grade digital financial services. This role combines deep technical leadership with strategic architectural planning, enabling secure, scalable, and compliant blockchain-powered financial ecosystems.
You will collaborate with executive leadership, software engineering divisions, cybersecurity specialists, compliance professionals, and product innovation teams to develop resilient blockchain infrastructure capable of supporting millions of secure financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise blockchain architecture.
- Lead distributed ledger infrastructure projects.
- Develop secure smart contract governance frameworks.
- Integrate blockchain platforms with traditional banking systems.
- Establish cloud-native financial infrastructure.
- Optimize transaction performance and scalability.
- Develop blockchain security standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 10+ years in software engineering with extensive blockchain expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Solidity, Rust, Kubernetes, Docker, API security, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and decentralized identity.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale fintech platforms.
