Primary Responsibilities

- Engineer scalable backend services using modern microservice architecture.
- Develop cloud-native fintech platforms supporting digital financial services.
- Integrate Open Banking APIs and third-party financial ecosystems.
- Build fraud detection and financial risk monitoring systems using AI algorithms.
- Optimize database performance for mission-critical financial workloads.
- Develop secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Continuously improve application performance and system resilience.
Technical Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot, FastAPI, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding.
