Position Overview
An expanding financial technology institution is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to lead enterprise risk initiatives supporting digital banking, payment ecosystems, lending platforms, and financial technology operations. The successful candidate will develop robust risk governance frameworks, strengthen operational resilience, and ensure that business growth is supported by effective risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation practices.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks.

Conduct operational, financial, and technology risk assessments.

Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk appetite metrics.

Collaborate with Compliance, Internal Audit, Technology, and Business teams.

Evaluate emerging operational and cyber risks.
-
Prepare enterprise risk reports for senior leadership.

Support regulatory examinations and internal audits.
-
Lead business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
-
Maintain enterprise risk registers.
-
Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization.

Review new products from a risk perspective.

Recommend mitigation strategies for identified risks.

Monitor regulatory developments affecting financial services.

Support governance committees and executive decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement of risk management processes.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, or related discipline.

6–8 years of experience in banking, fintech, or enterprise risk management.

Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or equivalent are advantageous.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
