Overview:
We are recruiting a Senior Architect of AI-Driven Regulatory Fintech Systems to pioneer the formalization of computational regulatory intelligence. The ideal candidate will synthesize advanced stochastic modeling, formal logic, category-theoretic financial reasoning, and ontological governance structures to ensure real-time compliance, risk mitigation, and operational optimization for GCC and global digital finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop probabilistic tensor networks for predictive modeling of payment flows, liquidity stresses, and systemic exposure.

Construct formal ontologies for financial instruments, counterparties, and settlement protocols, enabling automated compliance reasoning.

Integrate Bayesian inference, Markov decision processes, and stochastic control algorithms to optimize transaction routing and capital efficiency.

Lead design of AI-driven anomaly detection engines leveraging topological data analysis, graph theory, and complex network modeling.

Oversee cross-functional teams of quantitative researchers, blockchain engineers, and compliance architects, establishing continuous validation pipelines and formal verification of smart contract protocols.
Required Expertise:

PhD or equivalent in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or AI.

Mastery of probabilistic programming, convex optimization, high-dimensional statistics, and stochastic differential equations.

Experience in AI-driven payment systems, decentralized settlements, or automated regulatory compliance frameworks.

Proficiency with Python, Julia, Coq/Lean theorem proving, and blockchain SDKs.

In-depth understanding of Oman Central Bank regulations, GCC cross-border settlement mechanisms, and ISO 20022 protocols.
