Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Intelligence & Payment Systems Architect to design secure, AI-powered, scalable fintech infrastructure for Kuwait’s evolving financial sector. The position requires expertise in real-time payment networks, blockchain-based solutions, and predictive analytics, ensuring robust, compliant, and innovative financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect high-performance digital payment platforms with integrated AI-based fraud detection and risk analytics.

Design blockchain-enabled cross-border and domestic payment solutions.

Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, AML/KYC standards, and international financial protocols.

Lead distributed engineering teams, implementing secure microservices and API-first architectures.

Develop advanced predictive analytics and reporting dashboards for financial intelligence.

Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies and fintech innovation opportunities.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, AI, or related technical field.

10+ years in fintech architecture, payment systems, or financial intelligence platforms.

Expertise in AI/ML for risk management, blockchain applications, and cloud-native fintech infrastructure.

Proven leadership in managing remote technical teams.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with ISO 20022, SWIFT GPI, and tokenized asset platforms.

Knowledge of high-throughput payment systems, modular fintech architectures, and next-gen financial intelligence tools.
