Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Financial Intelligence & Payment Systems Architect to design and deploy AI-driven, secure, and scalable financial systems for Oman. The role combines technical excellence, regulatory expertise, and strategic vision to create robust platforms for real-time payments, fraud detection, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect cloud-native fintech systems with integrated AI-based risk management and fraud detection.

Design cross-border payment infrastructures, blockchain-enabled platforms, and high-availability financial networks.

Ensure compliance with Oman Central Bank regulations, AML/KYC standards, and international financial protocols.

Lead distributed engineering teams, implementing microservices, secure APIs, and operational resilience best practices.

Develop predictive analytics and reporting tools for real-time financial intelligence.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and integrate emerging technologies in financial systems.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, AI, or related technical discipline.

10+ years in fintech architecture, payment systems, or financial intelligence platforms.

Expertise in AI/ML applications for finance, blockchain, cloud-native architectures, and secure system design.

Proven leadership in managing remote technical teams.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT GPI, and emerging digital asset standards.

Experience in modular system design, high-throughput transaction systems, and tokenization platforms.
