Role Overview
The role demands an elite fintech executive capable of constructing next-generation data and intelligence frameworks that transform wealth management across digital platforms in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will architect data ecosystems that combine AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to create adaptive financial experiences—aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital finance transformation agenda.
Core Responsibilities

Design and lead implementation of AI-based financial advisory systems and automated portfolio optimization engines.

Oversee creation of unified data architectures integrating structured and unstructured financial data across cloud-native infrastructures.

Spearhead compliance-aligned frameworks for secure data usage under emerging fintech governance policies.

Collaborate with research and analytics divisions to build predictive models for market behavior, client segmentation, and asset diversification.

Develop advanced digital wealth platforms leveraging open finance, smart contracts, and real-time data analytics for client empowerment.

Serve as a strategic advisor to fintech ecosystem leaders on data governance, scalability, and AI ethics in financial modeling.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, data science, or digital wealth management innovation.

Deep technical expertise in AI/ML model deployment, financial data architecture, and intelligent automation.

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Data Science, Computational Finance, or AI Systems.

Experience managing cross-border digital transformation initiatives or fintech R&D programs.
Preferred Expertise

Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable data lakes.

Understanding of financial analytics standards, tokenization frameworks, and RegTech automation.
