Role Overview:
We seek a visionary to codify digital financial governance as functorial, homotopy-invariant mappings between ∞-categorical representations of market participants, smart contracts, and regulatory authorities. This role translates higher-category mathematics and dependent type theory into operational policy, algorithmic compliance, and automated cross-border transaction integrity.
Key Responsibilities:

Model governance, compliance, and contractual obligations as functors between enriched ∞-categories, ensuring compositional and homotopy-invariant integrity.

Formalize liquidity flows, asset allocations, and interbank settlements as higher-morphisms, preserving provable invariance under network transformations.

Implement type-theoretically verified smart contracts to encode regulatory, compliance, and financial logic.

Integrate quantum-probabilistic and operator-theoretic models to simulate arbitrage, risk, and liquidity in multi-agent networks.

Publish mathematically formal governance reports, including higher-categorical proofs, functorial diagrams, and risk-theoretic analyses.
Qualifications & Experience:

PhD in Higher Category Theory, Type Theory, Quantum Probability, or Applied Mathematics with financial applications.

Expertise in functorial semantics, dependent types, homotopy-type theory, and non-commutative probability.

Hands-on experience with Coq, Agda, Lean, Haskell, Julia, or Python for formal verification and large-scale simulation.
