Role Mandate
This role leads the design and strategic oversight of advanced financial intelligence platforms, leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large-scale data engineering to transform decision-making across digital banking, payments, and financial risk domains.
The position is responsible for architecting data ecosystems that enable predictive insight, behavioral intelligence, and automated financial decision frameworks across complex fintech environments.
Strategic Responsibilities

Architect enterprise-scale data platforms supporting real-time analytics, historical intelligence, and AI-driven financial insights.

Define system architectures for transaction monitoring, behavioral modeling, and predictive financial risk assessment.

Lead the design of AI governance frameworks ensuring explainability, auditability, and ethical deployment of machine-learning models in financial systems.

Oversee the integration of structured and unstructured data sources into unified financial intelligence pipelines.

Develop advanced analytics strategies supporting fraud detection, credit intelligence, liquidity forecasting, and customer behavior modeling.

Establish long-term roadmaps for autonomous financial decision systems and intelligent process automation.
Technical & Domain Expertise

Deep expertise in large-scale data engineering, streaming analytics, and cloud-native data architectures.

Strong command of machine learning models used in financial risk, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.

Experience deploying AI systems within regulated financial environments with strict governance requirements.
Profile & Experience

14+ years in fintech data platforms, AI-driven financial systems, or enterprise analytics leadership.

Proven ability to bridge data science, engineering, and executive decision-making.
