Position Summary:
The Head of Digital Banking & Wealth Solutions will lead the conception, design, and delivery of cutting-edge digital banking products and wealth management platforms. This role focuses on driving fintech innovation in Kuwait, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing customer experience through technology-enabled financial solutions.
Core Responsibilities:

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for digital banking and wealth management platforms.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial ecosystems.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations and international financial standards.

Drive adoption of AI-driven analytics, digital wealth management tools, and personalized financial services.

Collaborate with engineering, data, and design teams to ensure technically robust and market-relevant solutions.

Monitor fintech trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance product offerings and competitive positioning.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Technology, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in digital banking, fintech product management, or wealth technology solutions.

Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s regulatory landscape and GCC financial market dynamics.

Proven ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Expertise:

Experience with AI, blockchain, and digital asset management solutions.

Track record of launching scalable, customer-centric digital banking products.

Familiarity with cross-border financial services and GCC-wide fintech integration.
